The loop

Scan → Focus → Track

One loop, three steps. Every scan becomes the baseline for the next one.

01

Scan

Measure where a business ranks at every point in the area for a chosen keyword. Grids from 5×5 up to 13×13.

02

Focus

List the areas where visibility drops, plus profile, website and external signal gaps — each with its evidence.

03

Track

See point-by-point what changed on the next scan. The change is measured; its cause is not claimed.

What each system does, written out one by one

Eleven systems under four headings. All of them work today.

Client output

The screen your client sees

The report separates what was measured from what could not be. An unverified field appears as not scored — never as a low score.

Local Ranking Performance

Confidence: Medium

Listed at 91% of scan points; top 3 coverage is 0%.

Profile Health

Not scored

Profile fields could not be verified in this historic record, so profile health was not scored. A current scan can measure it.

11

Not listed

Not visible across 9% of the map

At 9% of scan points the business was not measured in the result list. This measurement alone does not explain why the ranking is where it is.

Evidence: 11 ÷ 121 = 9% · source: grid scan, today

Every sentence in the report is tied to a measurement. Unmeasured cause-and-effect is never written.

In practice

What agencies use it for

Client visibility

An area-level visibility picture per client. Where you are absent from the list, and where you sit in the top 3.

Prioritising the work

Findings are ranked by evidence strength, effort and coverage — so what to work on this month stops being a debate.

Progress tracking

The difference between scans leaves a record you can show. The work you did is documented by measurement.

FAQ

Short answers

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Memin is a measurement and prioritisation tool. It does not guarantee ranking, traffic, customer or revenue growth.

Where does the data come from?

Rankings are measured from search results per coordinate. Every finding carries its source and a confidence level.

What is a Scan Credit?

Each scan spends Scan Credits based on grid size. Your monthly plan includes credits; nothing is consumed in a month you do not scan.

What do I send the client?

One printable report: the grid, coverage measurements, evidence-backed findings and a priority order.
